Identity Collections take 4-6 weeks + Web Collections take 6-8 weeks. If you'd like to combine these services back to back, the process takes about 12 weeks. That's why we're often booked out months in advance, to give each client the attention and creative energy they deserve! Branding Photo Sessions have a 3 week turnaround time for edits.

Great question! Your primary logo is what you'll use most often to represent what you offer to the world. You'll likely display this in the header section of your website, packaging collateral, and business cards. Your secondary logos are flexible and adaptable variations of your primary logo, which you can use as your profile photo on social media, in your website's footer section, and so much more.

Brand marks represent your brand in its most simplified form (like your website's favicon!), and your brand patterns serve as assets that make your brand stand out on social media, your website, and collateral.

In the final delivery of files at the end of your project, you'll find a detailed brand guide that outlines the fonts to use with your branding, along with links on where you can purchase and/or download them - desktop version .otf or .ttf file and web version .woff file. SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization and includes the keywords that are used to search for your business online. Boheme Fox will implement basic SEO setup on your website but we recommend working with our on-staff copywriter to create compelling copy that incorporates the proper keywords to level-up your SEO. If you need further support beyond these practices, partnering with a company that specializes in SEO is the way to go.

After you send me an inquiry with a few details, we'll schedule a Zoom session or a coffee date if you're local, and do a deep dive on your vision and your goals. Knowing how you envision your business scaling and interacting with your audience is helpful to gather a more detailed list of potential collateral pieces you'll need. We'll also talk about the story of how your business came to be so I can get a better picture of if we're a good fit! Devil's in the details but don't sweat, we'll have fun!

If you're not local, then one option would include hiring a local photographer that can completely understand the vision and direction of your brand, shoot list needs, and be able to work within the timeframe needed for our timeline. The other option would be discussing travel for the photoshoot, which I'm always open to doing.

Elise will be the lead for the project from beginning to end. When you choose to strengthen your business and brand by utilizing one or more of our team members, Elise will have varying levels of involvement to make sure your brand's outcome is reinforced and communicates the implementation of the new deliverables. For example, when you work with our on-staff copywriter, your SEO keywords will be designated accordingly on your website and your copy will be added to each piece of digital and printed collateral. You may also need help with messaging or a tagline that's incorporated in your visual logo suite that will be communicated and implemented. We use a CRM system that tracks our progress, handles online payments, and uses a messaging system via email to communicate. Zoom sessions and screen shares are always available for presentations when in-person meetings aren't doable, as well as for use of online training.
