Ni Tuyo is the third concept born of the Adelitas parent company and is ran by Karina Ayala-Schmit, the daughter of head chef, Silvia Andaya.
You can find Ni Tuyo in the heart of the Bonnie Brae neighborhood of Denver and translates to "nor yours" - indicating this place is not mine, nor yours - it belongs to us all.
